Happy Mother's Day

It took me a day to figure out that I had a camera on my phone and thus was able to document my first Mother's Day after all. We spent the weekend with Grandpa Stuart and Grandma Judy. Solomon performed well, cooing and smiling at all the right times. He was even cooperative enough that I nearly finished my entire swordfish steak at the table before he insisted on personal attention. Solomon also demonstrated his keen sense of humor by making a lake out of the changing table at the rest stop on the Ohio Turnpike. He says, "Did you hear the one about the baby and the diaper...?" It's his favorite kind of joke. Turns out that all his jokes have the same punchline: kaka.
