Wise Solomon and Lucky Penny
Who wouldn't want to be up to date on the cutest babies ever?
Where Have You Been?
A trip to Grandma and Grandpa Spanglers, a double ear infection, and the start of two new teeth later, we reappear. Here's a quick review of the past two weeks.
I can't even begin to list all the hijinx surrounding this shot.
Holiday headgear from Grandma.
Peek-a-boo!
And the boy charms us all, all over again.
Work / Play
Solomon works hard to sort shapes and put them in the box. Well, that's not entirely accurate. As of yet he displays no sense of recognizing that the blocks of various shapes have matching holes in the box. Still, he likes to put them in the box and take them back out. He really wishes someone would play with him.
Under The Big Top
One never knows what might turn into a toy or game. Solomon's latest craze is hiding under the comforter. It's fun alone, but even better with Mommy or Daddy.
Hands-On
We took a field trip to the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum. They have a special area just for little critters. Solomon was terrified of the water-play area, but used his scientific inquiry skills to explore and investigate.
Knock, Knock
One of Solomon's favorite games is opening and closing doors. So far, he's only pinched his fingers once. He's shut me in the bathroom on several occasions, only to become frustrated when the door latched and he couldn't open it back up. On the other hand, it was nice to have a brief moment of privacy. Please try not to notice the chipped paint in the door jam.
