New Lows

Solomon has been finding new ways to entertain himself. He's really into jewelry, especially such that consists of of stacking plastic donuts and ponytail holders. He's quite protective of his purse and stroller as well.
He's also happy to model his skirt made of Strawberry Shortcake wrapping paper. But that's not the bad part.
He's discovered YouTube. There's a story that goes along with this discovery, but it's no excuse, and barely even an explanation. He's obessessed with a 30-second bit of CGI apes doing a fart rap and dance. For those intrigued, here it is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qGfIv4OlCmM Go nuts.

It's All Melted Now

For New Year's, we got a great heap of snow. After 30 minutes of cajoling and otherwise manipulating Solomon into his snowpants (forget the snow boots, settle for rain boots) we made it outside for The Boy's first snowperson.
Solomon did not enjoy being pulled in the sled, but would sit in the sled and play with the snow.
Penny was not part of the snow fun, but I've included a shot of her demonstrating her undying loyalty for the Bengals.

Happy Always

We've been blessed to have lots of time with family this holiday season. Solomon was a bit subdued regarding the whole present thing, but got into the groove with both toys and clothes. I guess he's not old enough to groan when he gets clothing. Penny was oblivious, but had a few good sleeping nights. As you can see, she loves her new quilt.
